These Terms of Service apply to all purchases from DualForce Tools through this website. Placing an order — and DualForce accepting it — constitutes agreement to these terms, to our Returns & Refunds policy, and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.

Prices, specifications, and availability are subject to change without notice. Despite our best efforts, a small number of items may be mispriced. In that case, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund — including any shipping and payment-processor fees on our side — rather than fulfil at the wrong price.

Orders are fulfilled under our Shipping Policy: flat-rate $9.95 ground shipping in the US and Canada, free at $250, and 1–2 business day processing. Risk of loss or damage passes to the carrier on dispatch. Damage in transit is covered by the carrier's claim process and our Returns policy.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy: 30 days from delivery, item in original packaging, refund to the original payment method. Engraved items are final sale and outside the 30-day window.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. DualForce never stores your credit card number on its servers — the card is held only by Stripe for processing and refunds. Payment must clear before an order ships.

DualForce's liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected product. To the maximum extent permitted by US/CA law, DualForce is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost business opportunity, or third-party claims — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

All brand names, logos, product designs, photography, and written content on this site are the property of DualForce Tools or its licensors and may not be reproduced, distributed, or modified without written permission.

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes, to provide accurate information at checkout, and not to misuse or interfere with the site, our products, or other customers. Fraudulent orders will be cancelled and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent changes. Material changes will be flagged on the home page before they take effect; continued use of the site after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and Canada — the jurisdictions in which DualForce Tools operates. Any dispute will be resolved under those laws.
